The 'casino
bill' phases in a maximum of two casino gambling sites with at least a two year
gap in between them. In that time, we can evaluate and resolve any unforeseen
problems. The casinos will be taxed at 40%. 5% will go to the local
community and human services, the remaining 35% will promote job
growth through tax cuts.
